Yes. We do not count your pages and there is no overage charge on either plan, in either direction. Fair use sits at 2,000 combined pages a month. If you are consistently past that, we will call you and talk about a dedicated plan — we will not quietly add it to your invoice.
If you are a medical clinic and you want faxes landing against the patient record in your EMR, that is Medical Clinic at C$40. Legal, finance, dental, physiotherapy and psychology practices take Professional at C$30 — the same unlimited faxing, without the clinical EMR connection. If you are not sure, ask us.
No. Both plans include unlimited users, so adding a receptionist, a locum or a whole second office does not change the price. Everyone gets their own sign-in and their own permissions.
Incoming faxes are delivered into your EMR against the right patient rather than sitting in a separate inbox for someone to file by hand, and you can send from the chart without exporting a PDF first. Which EMRs are supported depends on your system — tell us what you run and we will confirm before you commit.
Yes, in either direction, from account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you have paid for.
No setup fee and no contract on either self-service plan — cancel whenever you like and take your number with you. Enterprise is negotiated and does carry a term, agreed in writing before anything is signed.
